How Does Embroidery Designing Work?

Embroidery is a process that involves decorating fabric or apparel with designs or logos using a needle and thread. At TShirt Prints, we use state-of-the-art embroidery machines that allow us to produce high-quality embroidery quickly and efficiently.

Our experienced designers create a digital embroidery file that contains the instructions for the machine to stitch the design onto the fabric. The fabric is then hooped onto the embroidery machine, and the machine is set up with the appropriate thread colors and stitching pattern. The machine stitches the design onto the fabric following the digital embroidery file, and once complete, the fabric is removed from the hoop, any excess threads are trimmed, and the embroidered design is inspected for quality control.
